Leading the daily work and developing practices

The local sales unit of a global company needed a temporary communications manager to lead the team until a newly recruited person was able to start. For the three-month period, Paja’s consultant assumed overall responsibility for the unit’s communications. The role included leading the marketing and communications team, media relations, employee communications, supporting customer communications, crisis communications and providing support for media spokespeople. Our consultant further developed the sales company’s communications processes and materials.
