A global listed company’s presentation for employees about its new strategy was too detailed and contained a lot of jargon. The strategy messages failed to reach employees at all levels, so the company asked us to reformulate and pare down the content. We created messages in everyday language and a look-and-feel congruent with the company’s brand.
