Sparring with a global communications team
The global communications team of a listed company met for the first time. The team leader asked for help in ideation, program building and practical arrangements for the 1.5-day meeting. We facilitated the program, kept a tight rein on the timetable, and assembled notes into a distributable format afterwards. By taking on the role of facilitators, we freed up the leader’s time so he could have deeper discussions with the team.
