A mini video series to kick off Hiab’s strategy communication
Hiab wanted to improve its strategy communication. We kicked off communicating about the company’s new strategy with a series of videos where five key strategy owners explained what was most important in their area. The maximum length of the videos was two minutes, and the interviewees were to speak plain English instead of using strategy jargon. The videos got more views than usual, and they were later used in other communications projects, too.
